The Golf Club Membership Questionnaire is essential in helping to support golf clubs, planning for the future and to ensure that golf remains a healthy and successful sport.

The EGU/EWGA would be grateful if you could attempt to complete as many questions as possible, however we do appreciate that not all questions may be relevant.

Please note: if you complete and submit the Questionnaire by 30th April 2008, your golf club will be put into a prize draw to win a laptop, funding for coaching and a fourball at Woodhall Spa Golf Club.

A Results Booklet and specific county information detailing the main findings will be available later in the year.
